Guardian Medical Centre

Guardian Medical Centre is one of the many commercial refurbishment projects completed by Warrington Construction Ltd. This project involved transforming a previously disused and outdated area within the medical centre into four modern, fully functional consultation rooms designed to meet the needs of both staff and patients.
Our team completely stripped out the existing space, carrying out a full internal demolition before rebuilding and reconfiguring the area from the ground up. Works included new partitioning, ceilings, flooring, electrical installations, lighting, plumbing, decoration, and all finishing works required to create a high-quality healthcare environment.
A key part of this project was ensuring the GP surgery remained fully operational throughout the refurbishment. We carefully planned and phased the works to minimise disruption to staff, patients, and day-to-day medical services, maintaining a safe, clean, and professional working environment at all times.
