St Bertaline & St Christophers
Runcorn, Uk
Warrington Construction Ltd proudly collaborated with the project architect to deliver a bespoke church renovation at St Bertaline’s Church.
This exceptional project highlights our expertise in heritage construction and high-end architectural finishes, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern materials. The design features oak-veneered wall panels, glulam timber beams, zinc cladding, and a micro-cement floor, all meticulously installed to achieve a refined and contemporary aesthetic. Every detail was tailored to complement the church’s character, showcasing Warrington Construction Ltd’s commitment to quality, precision, and timeless design across specialist and ecclesiastical projects throughout the North West of England.

We successfully delivered the full conversion and fit-out of a 35,000 square foot commercial building, transforming the space into a vibrant multi-use development designed to accommodate a range of business and residential purposes.
This extensive project involved the reconfiguration of existing structures, compliance upgrades, and high-quality internal finishes throughout. The building was carefully adapted to provide flexible commercial units suitable for a variety of business tenants, alongside modern residential accommodation designed with comfort, practicality, and energy efficiency in mind.
A key feature of the project was the complete fit-out of a new nursery, delivered to stringent safety and regulatory standards. This included bespoke joinery, child-safe facilities, and thoughtfully designed learning spaces, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment for young children.
From structural works and M&E installations to final decorative detailing, our team managed every aspect of the build with precision and professionalism. The result is a high-quality development that revitalises the site, enhances local employment opportunities, and supports the wider community.
We transformed a former high-street bank into a modern mixed-use development, featuring two luxury apartments upstairs and two contemporary commercial units on the ground floor.
Our team carried out a full design-and-build package, working closely with architects and local authorities to ensure the project met all building regulations and retained the property’s original character. The upper floors were converted into energy-efficient, high-specification apartments designed for comfortable city living, while the ground floor was divided into two fully serviced commercial spaces, ideal for local businesses or retail use.
This project highlights our experience in adaptive reuse, property redevelopment, and town-centre regeneration, delivering high-quality finishes with careful attention to detail. Warrington Construction continues to provide professional construction and renovation services across the North West, helping to revitalise commercial buildings and create new homes for modern living.
