As principle contractor, this was an internal layout change and refurbishment as well as a steel framed extension. 

Working closely with the architect to achieve the look they wanted from oak veneered paneling, zinc surrounds around the windows, polished concrete floor, automatic doors, curtain wall windows with glulams to enhance the cross in the window. 

We had monthly payment certificates issued upon each completed stage of the project. 

Four units totalling 20,000 SQFT close to Chester. A design & build package, starting with a site clearance with ground surveys & contamination reports, following this with the first of four 5,360sqft concrete slab and erection of steel cladding frames. The site had extensive drainage from attenuation tanks to hydro gardens with breaks. 


Splitting the former bank into a commercial premises with two studio apartments above.
